At Milner Off Road, we want you to have a positive experience when ordering with us. That’s why, for a short while, we had to take a step back from offering international orders. But we’re excited to finally announce that our valued customers overseas can once again order with ease.
We want all our customers across Europe and around the world to have access to our fantastic range of 4x4 parts, tools, spares and accessories, which is why we wanted to outline the process for international orders in this post. Simply follow these five steps and we’ll get your order dispatched the very next day.
Step 1 - Set up your account
The first thing to do, if you haven’t already, is to create an account. You can do this by clicking the ‘Register’ button at the top of our site (under the heading ‘My Account’). If you want to open a trade account, just use our handy form on our contact page.
Step 2 - Add parts for your vehicle to the basket
Once you’ve got your account set up, you’re all set to browse. You can find what you need for your vehicle by selecting your make and model from the ‘Select Vehicle’ option in the blue navigation bar.
Step 3 - Go to checkout
Input the quantity on the items you would like and click ‘add to basket’ to start filling your basket. If there isn’t this option, it means the item is temporarily unavailable, but you can click ‘contact me when back in stock’ to make a stock request and we’ll update you when we have the item again.
Step 4 - Double check the order and add comments if needed
When you think you’ve got everything you need, click the ‘view basket’ button that appears or use the link in the top right of the screen. You can then review your order, checking you have the right quantity of items, and leave any comments where applicable if needed.
Step 5 - Either email for more help or continue and pay
Finally, you can then continue and pay to complete your order as an international customer. Please note that customers in Europe will need to email the order through to sales@milneroffroad.com in order to configure shipping and complete the process.
That’s it! You’re all set to go when you need to kit out your off-road vehicle when ordering outside of the UK.
