Parts incorrectly ordered or not required
You can within 28 days of receiving a product ordered from Milner Off Road Ltd, return goods that
you do not require. Please call or email sales@milneroffroad.com prior to returning products for a

The returns form should be completed in full and confirmation received before any goods are
returned
Goods must come back in original packaging and in the case of electrical items or piston rings they
must be unopened. All goods must be clean and not handled, not covered in grease/oil or have
fingerprints - they must be fit for resale. Lamps must have no scratches.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pack the return items in such a way that they will not be
damaged or missing from parcels on the return journey.
We will give a refund for the parts only, not for delivery. After 14 days we reserve the right to charge
a handling – restocking fee of 15%.
Items that can’t be returned
The following items cannot be returned;
- Special Order Parts
- Products damaged by the customer
- Fitted or used products
- Modified or painted products
- Partial Kit items (only complete kit parts can be returned – not partial items)
- Gift Vouchers
In some cases we can arrange collection of goods, and charge a collection fee that is agreed by
Milner Off Road Ltd and the customer – please contact us for details.
Defective or Faulty Goods
Milner Off Road Ltd will accept goods that are deemed faulty under a warranty claim for the full
warranty period after delivery. We must be notified of the failure as soon as possible, and receive
the parts within 14 days of failure. We will provide a warranty claim form that you will need to
complete, that needs to be returned with the faulty unit. If the item is found to be faulty you will be
entitled to a choice of an exchange or a full refund. Please note that warranty given by Milner Off
Road Ltd will only cover parts. Labour charges and other costs are not covered.
Milner Off Road Ltd will meet the cost of return postage for defective goods, we can either arrange a
courier to collect or refund your postage expenses (within reasonable limits) upon return.
Incorrect Goods Despatched.
Occasionally the wrong item is sent to a customer. You are free to return these goods in new and
unused condition for up to 28 days after delivery. However, we expect customers to check goods
upon delivery, and if found to be incorrect to contact us as soon as possible. You will be entitled to your
choice of an exchange for the correct item or a full refund. Milner Off Road Ltd will meet the cost of
return postage for defective goods, we can either arrange a courier to collect or refund your postage
expenses (within reasonable limits) upon return.
Refunds
When a refund is made – the payment will be made by the same method used on the original sale.
Refunds usually take 2-3 business days to appear on your statement – however it does depend on
certain credit or debit card companies and may take several days to appear after we have processed
the refund.
Surcharge Units
Exchange / Surcharged units will be refunded if the goods have been returned within 28 days from
the point of sale.
The part must be fit to be reconditioned or serviced. Failure to provide a serviceable item will void
the exchange surcharge fee.
