We take great care when dealing with customer data, and we never share any customer data with any unnecessary 3rd party data processors.
We will never ask for any data/information from you that we do not need. If we require any additional information from you we will always explain why we need it and it will always be to help us provide the best service to you.

What do we do with your data?

All customer info is synced across to Sage for accounting purposes. It is also copied over to our parts system Autopart, you can read about their software and GDPR here. Data is stored in Sage for the required amount of time to satisfy HMRC.

Any contact form that is sent in via our website is emailed to our sales team, no backup or soft copy of this is stored within this website.

If you send in a CV your information will be viewed and the email may be left in our email archive in case we need someone with your skill set in future. By sending your CV you are showing a legitimate interest in working for us.

Accessing your data

If you wish to receive a copy of the data we hold on you, please send an email to Richard@milneroffroad.com and we will reply within one calendar month with a copy of your data.

Amending your data

If you wish to change any of the information we hold on you, please email changes required to Richard@milneroffroad.com and we will action the change as soon as possible. Your request will not take longer than one calendar month to complete.

Deleting your data

If you wish to have all data we hold on your deleted, please send an email to Richard@milneroffroad.com and we will ensure all data relating to you is deleted within one calendar month.

Withdrawing consent to our Newsletter

If you receive our newsletter and wish to unsubscribe, you can email Richard@milneroffroad.com. You will be removed instantly.
