* When will I receive my parts?
You should receive your order within 1-3 working days if you are based Mainland UK.

This is our new website. So if you were a member on our old site, you will need to re-register.

* Does my part come with warranty?
Yes. Parts come with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Unless stated otherwise. Recon Exchange units (PAS Boxes etc) are only covered by a 6 month warranty.
* How do I return an item?
You can return goods that you do not require within 28 days of receiving from Milner Off Road Ltd,

Please confirm your intent to return the goods by calling us +44 (0)1629 734411 or email us within 14 days.
The returns form should be completed in full and confirmation received before any goods are
returned.

* When are you open?
We are open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm and closed on Saturdays & Sundays.
* Can I collect parts from your store?
Yes, we have a shop/counter where you can purchase and pick up items. Please remember to call ahead, to ensure the parts you require are in stock. (Tel: 01629 734411)
* I can't find the part I am looking for, can you get it?
If you email or phone us with your chassis number, we can try and source the part you require at a competitive rate.

* I'm expecting a delivery, what if I am not in to receive it?
*Please note, a signature may be required upon delivery. For DPD deliveries, preferences such as leave safe instructions can be made when you receive notification from DPD. This will be either via the DPD app, or on their website.
(Milner Off Road Ltd will not be held responsible if parcels are stolen when delivery instructions have been given by consignee)*

* The Suction Control Valve I have purchased is still bringing up the same fault?
The SCV / Suction Control Valve will need re-learning at a garage via diagnostics.
* Do you do work on vehicles or do you have a garage?
Unfortunately we are currently only parts sales and parts technical. We do not have a garage facility as yet.
