Advantages Slotted discs are to eliminate brake fade under continuous braking with or without loads. The slots are designed to improve the brake pad biting contact improving braking efficiency. The results are greater wet braking efficiency with reduced brake fade especially under load.

Note. Slotted discs will not reduce braking distances. They must also be fitted in pairs.
