This strong a durable underbody protection is made from 5083 aluminium and powder coated in satin black Developed and designed in our own purpose built workshop. The front, centre and transmission skid offer full protection of the above parts listed with the added feature of enhanced looks. The centre skid has an inspection cover for engine oil changes which saves time removing all the skids. Fitting instructions are E-MAILED as a PDF.
5083 Aluminium
Aluminium 5083 is known for exceptional performance in extreme environments. 5083 is highly resistant to attack by both seawater and industrial chemical environments. Alloy 5083 also retains exceptional strength after welding. It has the highest strength of the non-heat treatable alloys but is not recommended for use in temperatures in excess of 65 °C.
