A pair of heavy-duty Milner leaf springs 40% stronger than our standard 4+1 springs with approx. 85mm lift complete with fitting kits designed by our in-house team.
These heavy-duty Milner springs will lift the rear of the vehicle approx. 85mm due to the extra leaves and strength. Perfect for the customer who is constantly working their truck to the manufacturers total weight recommendations. When fully loaded up to 1000 kilo these springs will come into their own and work at their best. Ideal for quarries and builders etc constantly carrying top weight. When not fully loaded the truck will sit very high and will give a harsh ride.

A Pair of leaf spring complete with all Polyurethane bushes, Front pin, U-bolts & Rear swinging shackle. MOR leaf springs are engineered to perform in all conditions, Combined with the Polyurethane bushes vastly improves the handling and the longevity on the spring.

Leaf spring features
1. All leaves are hardened & tempered
2. Shot & stress peening to reduce compressive stresses on tensile surface
3. Full military wrap to reinforce the spring eye
4. All Springs are scragged to 90% of yield stress of the material used and load rate tested
5. Zinc rich primer for reduced friction & rust prevention
All Milner leaf springs are accredited to TUV ISO/TS 16949
